Thai coconut fish

For the first time in a long time, I follow exactly the letter of this recipe, posted on gourmetkoshercooking. The result was a perfect combination, with a special taste.

The mixture between lemon and ginger plus tomatoes gave a special flavor to the meal that goes very well with a good white wine.

Most probably, I should do more cooking experiments that includes as ingredients coconut milk, ginger and lemon.
