For the long afternoons of the autumn, this treat is a real noble choice.
All you need to make yourself feel special are:
- Camembert cheese
- toast or any black bread - eventually with pumpkin seeds
- fresh figs
- maybe 1-2 drops of olive oil
You can make the plans for the new year while silently listening to the birds getting ready to leave and sipping a good white wine.
Bon Appetit!

Sugar roasted figs with cinnamon
All you need, besides love, is: a couple of nicely cut figs, the sugar sauce - 2-3 spoons of sugar in water - and some nails of cinnamon powder. All together are introduced in a moderately heated oven and used to live together for a couple of minutes - maximum 20. To be served with fresh water in a sunny afternoon on the beach.
